Chloe & Jack

It's definitely the season for winter apparel! Chloe and Jack are in luck because their mom, Amy, makes the coolest hats ever! You'll notice Chloe modeling one below! If you'd like a cool, handmade hat of your own, check back soon for Amy's business website and more details! Even though it was cold, Chloe and Jack braved the weather, forgot the winter apparel for a while and posed for some photos!

Cute hat! Cute girl!

Christmas Cards!

I know...shame on me! A Christmas post before Thanksgiving! I couldn't help it and besides, there are only 33 days left until Christmas! AHH! I was having fun with Christmas cards this afternoon and thought I'd post a couple...Happy Thanksgiving!!

CCRI

My first job out of college was at CCRI (www.creativecare.org) in the Fargo/Moorhead area. This is a fantastic company whose mission is "to enhance and enrich the lives and learning of people with disabilities." Photography has been a great excuse to go back and visit! I recently had the opportunity to do some photos with the intention to try to tell the story of what life is like for people who work with CCRI. It It was so fun to go back and see old friends, meet new friends, and document small pieces of lives whom CCRI is touching.

2 month old Kirra

Where has the time gone! It's Thanksgiving tomorrow and Kirra is 2 months old already! You'll notice a lot more smiles and open eyes in this post compared to the last one when Kirra was just a few weeks old. We were aiming for more formal photos this time but managed to sneak some feet in there too!

Upcoming Fun!

Many of you know my mom is a nurse practitioner, specializing in women's health. She has been asking me for a long time for some photography to hang on her office walls at the clinic. I haven't been meaning to put it off but nothing that I had on hand seemed right. So we decided to hold a photo shoot to include women of all ages, which seemed appropriate for her line of work. I was originally inspired by the Dove pro-age campaign (www.doveproage.com) and am really excited for this shoot! So if you are in Watertown this coming Monday and want to participate, let me know!

The wedding of Bridget and Mark

It's funny how you well you feel you know people after photographing their wedding! Bridget, Mark, their whole wedding party, and family were a blast. At the end of the day, I felt like I had known them for years! Bridget was a beautiful bride and possibly the smartest bride I have met...see photo below for her foot attire! Congrats and best wishes!

She is brilliant!
